1900s Poppy Hooked Rug

$650.00
sold out

We will probably regret selling this rug for the rest of our days but we can’t keep them all… Truly the best hooked rug we have ever come across.

Both an amazing work of art and a great demonstration of craft, this hooked rug is a spectacular piece.

Use as a floor covering or hang on your wall as a piece of art.

Traditionally fabric scraps were used to make hooked rugs as yarn was too precious and only used for knitting or weaving. Everything from worn clothing to silk and nylon stockings were cut and used to create these unique works.
