$388.00
sold out

An incredibly moody and beautiful quilt with exact and immaculate quilting, and an overall feeling of calm. The darker piecework, while often found in Amish quilts, feels uncommon in a lot of other quilts we come across so this one is a personal favorite from this collection.
We especially find charming the little black tulips quilted into the border!

How it’s made: hand quilted, machine pieced

Weight: light medium

Measurements laid flat: 73.5” x 80.5”

Shown on a standard Full size bed.
If you’d like to hang your quilt, we recommend our locally made Folkling Quilt Clips!

C O N D I T I O N

A few discoloration marks scattered throughout, with one binding corner coming unstitched and some loss of quilting thread. A smaller than dime sized tear near the edge and some slight fading. Made from various poly blend fabric, as is common in the 20th-21st century Amish quilting tradition.

Most importantly: Please do not cut this quilt for a coat or other project. It is too beautiful and in gorgeous condition and a work of art in and of itself. It would be tragic to cut up such a beautiful piece of textile history.

⋒ This is an antique piece, all photos have been taken in natural light and with limited editing to reflect its condition. Please keep in mind all antique pieces have little imperfections and reflect the story and charm of the piece.

⋒ This find will ship to you within one week of purchasing. International and combined shipping is available, please contact us via instagram DM at @Folkling for a personalized shipping quote.
