1950s Cowboy Quilt

$298.00
sold out

This quilt has been in our collection for sometime, and is another where the back is our personal favorite and the side we would choose to display.
Made up of rare whole cloth 1950s western print cotton fabric.

There are some imperfections we chose to leave unmended, as altering an antique quilt is usually something we let the new owner decide upon since mending and repair work is often such a personal choice when it comes to collectibles such as this.

Found in Tennessee.

Definitely a hard one to let go of…

D E T A I L S

How it’s made: machine pieced and hand tied

Weight: medium

Measurements laid flat: 58” x 78”

Shown on a standard Full size bed.

C O N D I T I O N
Two tears that go all the way through that can easily be mended if desired. Uneven border and one larger spot of pinkish discoloration on the cowboy fabric.

Most importantly: Please do not cut this quilt for a coat or other project. It is too beautiful and in gorgeous condition and a work of art in and of itself. It would be tragic to cut up such a beautiful piece of textile history.

⋒ This is an antique piece, all photos have been taken in natural light and with limited editing to reflect its condition. Please keep in mind all antique pieces have little imperfections and reflect the story and charm of the piece.

⋒ This find will ship to you within one week of purchasing. International and combined shipping is available, please contact us via instagram DM at @Folkling for a personalized shipping quote.

We want you to love your vintage finds, so please look through the photos and read the listing description carefully and feel free to ask any and all questions before purchasing, as we do not accept returns.

Thank you for understanding!
