sold out

One of our personal favorite blue and white quilts we’ve found this year that almost stayed in our personal collection.
Comprised of 25 blocks, 13.5×13.5 inches, set straight, 5 by 5, with a 2 inch wide indigo print border with cotton batting and off white cotton backing.

A perfect gift our memento to symbolize the beginning of a new season of life.

How it’s made: Machine pieced, hand quilted

Weight: Light to medium

Measurements laid flat: 71” × 72”

C O N D I T I O N
Edge is finished by hand, knife edge style. It has wear and discoloration throughout, with several darker spots, split piecework seams, tears, and edge wear and not recommended for everyday use on a bed but best used for display.

Most importantly: Please do not cut this quilt for a coat or other project. It is too beautiful and in gorgeous condition and a work of art in and of itself. It would be tragic to cut up such a beautiful piece of textile history.

⋒ This is an antique piece, all photos have been taken in natural light and with limited editing to reflect its condition. Please keep in mind all antique pieces have little imperfections and reflect the story and charm of the piece.

⋒ This find will ship to you within one week of purchasing. International and combined shipping is available, please contact us via instagram DM at @Folkling for a personalized shipping quote.
