1930s Hexagon Snowflake Quilt

$258.00
sold out

This is a 1930s Hexagon Snowflake patterned quilt that was pieced together in 1930 and then finished in 1998. There is an incredibly sweet tag that was sewn onto the edge by the woman who completed this quilt! Such a beautiful story of continuation and the fact that sometimes it takes a village.

Perfect to take with you on your next adventure or cozy up on a cold day at home.

D E T A I L S
Machine stitched piecing and hand stitched quilting.
There is no batting so this is a nice lighter weight quilt for the transition in seasons.

Measurements laid flat:
78”x60”

C O N D I T I O N
In absolutely gorgeous and useable condition. Has a few teeny spots but nothing major to note.

Most importantly: Please do not cut this quilt for a coat or other project my friends. It is too beautiful and in gorgeous condition and a work of art in and of itself. It would be tragic to cut up such a beautiful piece of textile history.

⋒  This is an antique piece, all photos have been taken in natural light and with limited editing to reflect its condition. Please keep in mind all antique pieces have little imperfections and reflect the story and charm of the piece.

⋒ This find will ship to you within one week of purchasing. International and combined shipping is available, please contact me via instagram DM at @Folkling for a personalized shipping quote.
