1920s Twin Tulip Quilts
Found this spring in the foothills of Virginia, we saved these happy floral twin quilts for this collection so as to bring you some brightness as we head into the cold seasons ahead and to remind you— there is always the promise of spring amidst the darkness of winter.
Beautiful and intricate stitches.
In lovely and useable condition for their age, would look sweet paired on two twin beds or used as friendship quilts… one for you, one for a friend.

How it’s made: hand quilted and hand appliquéd
Weight: light
Measurements laid flat: 68” x 100” and 68.5” x 101”
Shown on a standard Full size bed.
C O N D I T I O N
Slight fraying to edge binding on both quilts. Almost imperceptible slight yellowing discoloration overall on both as well due to age and storage. Interestingly long, but still useable on twin beds. Could orient sideways for a double bed.
Most importantly: Please do not cut this quilt for a coat or other project. It is too beautiful and in gorgeous condition and a work of art in and of itself. It would be tragic to cut up such a beautiful piece of textile history.
