1910s Jacobs Ladder Quilt
One from our personal collection, and certainly hard to let go of!
Beautifully hand quilted at 12 stitches per inch. Feathered wreath quilting throughout. But most of all, we are in love with this simple and rare cinnamon color.
Makers marks still visible in some places. Always a favorite detail of ours.

How it’s made: hand quilted, hand pieced
Weight: light to medium
Measurements laid flat: 76” x 66”
Shown on a standard Full size bed.
If you’d like to hang your quilt, we recommend our locally made Folkling Quilt Clips!

A couple of tiny areas of worn fabric (none through the whole quilt, just through the piecework layer), one square coming slightly detached, a few small brown discolorations, and some slightly blue coloration from the makers marks.
Most importantly: Please do not cut this quilt for a coat or other project. It is too beautiful and in gorgeous condition and a work of art in and of itself. It would be tragic to cut up such a beautiful piece of textile history.
⋒ This is an antique piece, all photos have been taken in natural light and with limited editing to reflect its condition. Please keep in mind all antique pieces have little imperfections and reflect the story and charm of the piece.
⋒ This find will ship to you within one week of purchasing. International and combined shipping is available, please contact us via instagram DM at @Folkling for a personalized shipping quote.
