1880s Rainbow Nine Patch Quilt
The cheddar triangle border is one of our favorite details on this intricately pieced quilt. Thoughtfully placed calicos translate to an overall gorgeous rainbow gradient.
Whole cloth red cotton backing. Absolutely usable and would bring so much joy to a bedroom.

How it’s made: hand quilted and hand pieced
Weight: light weight
Measurements laid flat: 78” x 79”

C O N D I T I O N
In beautiful condition with very minimal flaws. Slight fraying to edges, a few small spots of exposed batting in very center of quilt, and slight wear to fabric piecing here and there. One small faint dark spot on the back, one small mend on the back and the beginning of fabric fraying in one spot on the back,
Most importantly: Please do not cut this quilt for a coat or other project. It is too beautiful and in gorgeous condition and a work of art in and of itself. It would be tragic to cut up such a beautiful piece of textile history.
