All hook and eye closures are original and intact

Holes worn in fabric on front placket, at underarms (2 inch long), under last of front closures, tears in fabric near waist, mended tear near pocket, several tears mended with interfacing, larger worn spot on skirt 1 x 2”, small worn spots throughout skirt, some slight detaching where skirt was pieced together near waistband.
This dress has wear but is definitely wearable as it is and truly in remarkable condition for it’s age!
